The Process
-
Book a complimentary, confidential 20-minute phone call. We'll get to know each other, talk through what you're navigating, and explore whether we'd be a good fit to work together. No pressure, no commitment.
-
The right therapeutic relationship matters more than any treatment technique or modality. During the consultation, we'll make sure my approach, style, and availability align with what you need. If I'm not the right fit, I'll help you find someone who is.
-
Once we've connected and confirmed we're a good match, we'll schedule your 90-minute intake session and begin. We will start with weekly sessions and adjust the cadence from there as progress unfolds.
Making Therapy Accessible & Less Overwhelming Through Teletherapy
Have you considered therapy to address the impact of trauma but found it difficult to follow through? You're not alone—many trauma survivors face barriers like fear, anxiety, and discomfort in new environments. As a trauma & PTSD specialist, I understand these challenges and am passionate about providing accessible, trauma-informed care. That's why I focus on teletherapy, which offers flexibility, privacy, and convenience, empowering you to begin your healing journey with fewer obstacles. Teletherapy allows you to take control of your environment, making therapy feel less overwhelming and helping you take the first step toward recovery.
Benefits of Working With Me
I am a trained Trauma & PTSD specialist. I use a compassionate, individualized approach to promote long-term recovery. I focus on your unique strengths, autonomy, and needs, creating a safe, trusting environment to support your healing journey.
I understand that trauma impacts every part of your life—emotionally, physically, and relationally. By treating you as a whole person, not just focusing on symptoms, I help you move from survival to lasting recovery and post-traumatic growth.
I have significant expertise providing teletherapy to ensure virtual treatment is just as effective as in-person therapy. By using the latest research and tools, I strive to make therapy accessible, comfortable, and convenient for you.
